UPCOMING FASHION RELATED EVENTS 2011:

It's Official...
Connecticut Fashion Week®
To be Held in New Haven!!!!

You have probably heard of New York Fashion Week.
Well, how about the thought of a Connecticut Fashion Week? For
years, I have been brainstorming and sitting on the idea. Hosting a
CT Fashion Week can be a huge undertaking. It has sparked
interest in the
Fashionshowroom Facebook page. Sponsors are needed to
support the event. Upon hosting a Fashion Expo in 2004, I
realized that hosting a CT Fashion Week is very possible, however, I
need a team. There are so many great fashion models who
I know personally, and I deeply feel that if they had the means,
they would already have achieved higher goals. I strongly believe in
education as a foundation. It is the lucky ones who prosper, and
faith and/or education is a necessity for success in personal
achievement. I also think, there is a mid-point
where most of our peers catch up with each other and at some point
we will need each other. CT Fashion Week, is a celebration of
the recognition of International and CT Talent at the highest level
– thus meeting at this injunction. It is a platform where
models, artists and industry experts , meet putting on their best.
If you are interested and would like to see Fashion Week Happen in
Connecticut or would like to participate, please friend request me
